| TAKE YOUR TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL! The Advanced Power Hour + Camp is designed for travel level hockey players looking to take their core skills to the next level. Players will spend two hours on the ice each day with advanced level instruction geared towards maximizing each player’s individual technical and tactical skills set. There will be no off-ice component this week. We will address: ABCs (agility, balance, coordination and strength) explosive acceleration (forward and backward) stride efficiency (improved endurance) crossovers (forward and backward) inside/outside edge control first step quickness straight ahead speed high speed turns and pivots agility and lateral movement stopping The Plus Skills component will reinforce the above skating skills with pucks. Players will be forced into controlling the puck, shooting, passing, deception and puck protection at low-, high- and over- speeds. Tips and techniques will be taught to help players learn how to make adjustments with their hands, body and stick to improve control of the puck. Registration Fee $320 |
