Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the program start date will be refunded.
Cancellations received within 30 days of program start date will receive a credit voucher toward future Functional Hockey Programs.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the program start date will not be entitled to a refund or credit, unless the participant has sustained an injury preventing them from participating. In the latter case (injury), participants will receive a full refund provided a doctor's note is submitted.
